Rum Exchange
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dos Maderas 5+5
- .25 oz Citrus Scented Chestnut Honey
- 4 Drops Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
- Garnish: Lemon Oil, Oloroso Sherry Soaked Yellow Raisins
Directions
- Build all ingredients in a mixing glass
- Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice into a old-fashioned or rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
