Ingredients

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum
• .75oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
• 1oz pomegranate juice
• 1tsp honey
• .5oz lemon juice
• .5 tsp vanilla extract
• 3oz soda water

Directions

• Combine spirits, honey, lemon and pomegranate juices, and vanilla extract in shaker– shake and strain
• Pour into chilled martini glass over pomegranate seed garnish
• Add soda water to fill glass
