Dos Maderas Nui Nui

ingredients

• 2 oz Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz orange juice
• 0.5 oz pimento dram
• 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
• 1 bar spoon cinnamon syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: Cinnamon stick, orange peel, nutmeg, absinthe

directions

• Add ingredients to a shaker with cracked ice and shake for 10 seconds.
• Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass or tall ceramic Tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
• Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in an orange twist, grate fresh nutmeg on top, add a dash of absinthe.
