Dos Maderas Krakatoa

ingredients

• 1 oz Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum
• 1 oz Dos Maderas 5+5 Rum
• 0.75 oz apricot liqueur
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz falernum
• 0.25 oz coffee liqueur
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• 1 oz cold brew coffee
• Garnish: lime shell

directions

• Add all ingredients except coffee to a shaker filled with cracked ice.
• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then double strain into a chilled glass.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice then gently float the cold brew coffee on top.
• Garnish with an inverted lime shell filled with overproof rum and set it on fire for a dramatic effect.
