Ingredients

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum
• 1oz honey syrup
• .75oz lime juice
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• Top with Lunetta Prosecco

Directions

• Combine all ingredients except the Lunetta Prosecco in a shaker with ice
• Shake to chill and combine flavors
• Double strain into a coupe or nick & nora glass
• Top with Prosecco or Cava
• Garnish with mint sprig
