Ingredients
- 1.5oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
- .5oz Thyme Syrup
- .75oz Lemon
- 1 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
- 2oz Ginger Beer
- 2oz Marquis de la Tour Brut
Directions
- Combine Boulard, lemon, syrup, and bitters in a shaker.
- Add ice and roll to combine flavors.
- Top with ginger beer and Brut.
- Pour all into highball glass.
- Fill with additional ice if needed.
- Garnish with lemon.
