Ingredients
- 2oz Calvados Boulard VSOP
- .5oz thyme syrup
- .5oz lemon juice
- 2.5oz ginger beer
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice except ginger beer
- Shake and use dirty ice in service
- Add ice and ginger beer
- Roll to combine all flavors
- Garnish with lemon
