Ingredients

• 2oz Calvados Boulard VSOP
• .5oz thyme syrup
• .5oz lemon juice
• 2.5oz ginger beer

Directions

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice except ginger beer
• Shake and use dirty ice in service
• Add ice and ginger beer
• Roll to combine all flavors
• Garnish with lemon
