Ingredients

• 1.5oz Calvados Boulard VSOP
• 1oz POM juice
• 1oz lime juice
• .5oz lemon juice
• Top with Sparkling Rose Wine

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice
• Shake to create flavor
• Double strain into coupe glass
• Garnish with apple slice
