Ingredients

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas 5+5 Rum
• .5oz Dry Sack Sherry
• .75oz banana puree (i.e. Monin)
• 1oz lime juice
• 1oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes bitters

Directions

• Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake vigorously
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish
