Gunpowder Irish Gin with Italian Fig & Laurel

The Gunpowder story starts with PJ Rigney, The Curious Mind, who travelled the globe where he ventured to exotic countries from Europe to China to Southeast Asia. In time, those travels brought him to the wild and unspoiled landscape of a small Irish village, called Drumshanbo. In this village, PJ created The Shed Distillery in 2014, where he paired his expertise in oriental traditions of distilling fruit, herbs, and botanicals with a unique distillation process, including medieval copper pot stills that took gin to new heights.

The original 12 botanicals from 9 exotic countries are joined by Italian Viola Fig, Laurel, and Tuscan Juniper
