Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Smoked Negroni

ingredients

• 1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• Optional: 0.25 oz Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc
• Garnish: orange peel
• Oak wood chips for smoking

directions

• Add ice and all ingredients to a glass. Stir well with a mixing spoon.
• Place lid on the glass and torch, allowing the glass to fill with smoke to infuse.
• Gently squeeze an orange peel over the cocktail, rub the peel around the glass, then drop it in as a garnish.
