2 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Brazilian Pineapple
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz orgeat almond syrup
Creole bitters
Garnish: mint leaves

directions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Add four dashes of creole bitters and garnish.
