Ingredients

• 1.5oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• .5oz earl grey tea simple syrup
• .5oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
• 3oz Lunetta Prosecco

Directions

• Combine ingredients (not sparkling) in a shaker with ice
• Shake until combined
• Double strain into coupe glass
• Top with sparkling wine
• Garnish with lemon twist
