BackgroundThe Crown Jewel, Alfonso is aged for 12 months in American oak casks in the traditional Sherry system using the unique Solera and Criadera aging method. Its an ideal introduction to Brandy de Jerez & is delicious served neat or in a Sidecar cocktail.
ColorLight, amber colored brandy with golden tones.
NoseIts “estery” aroma corresponds to the high-quality distilled wines with which it is prepared, providing a reminder of their spirit. A smooth, mellow richness.
PalateLight oak tones, not as sweet compared to other Spanish brandy’s. Buttery textures and soft flavors of tangerine, nutmeg, maple, and Demerara syrup.
AnalysisAlcohol: 40 %RS: 13 g./l.
FinishIndulgent, slightly sweet, and aged for 12 months in American oak casks previously used to age Sherry in the Iunique and traditional Solera and Criadera aging system.
