BackgroundCreated in 1949, in the Le Marche region of Italy, Fazi Battaglia is the premier shareholder of estate vineyards within the Castelli di Jesi DOC. These wines epitomize Italian style: fresh, elegant and distinctive. Their flagship amphora shaped bottle is an iconic symbol of the winery and territory.
VinificationGrapes are gently pressed after a few hours of contact in the press, followed by fermentation at a low temperature (14-16°C) to preserve the primary aromatic components of the grape. Aged for 4 months on the lees to add crispness.
