The Brunchy Paloma - Tequila Bribon Lunetta


  • 4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz Tequila Bribón Blanco
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Lunetta Prosecco
  • fresh lime juice
  • lime wheel & Tajín seasoning (for garnish)


  • Add ice to a chilled wine glass.
  • Add in the grapefruit juice, simple syrup, tequila, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice — stir gently for 10 seconds.
  • Top up the glass with Lunetta Prosecco and gently stir once more to combine. Garnish with your lime wheel and serve with a straw.
