GAD Paloma - Gracias a Dios Mezcal

ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 dash Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur
  • Soda water
  • Celery salt (for glass rimming)
  • Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit

directions

  • Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker with ice and mix.
  • Frost a high ball glass with celery salt, add ice, and double strain into glass.
  • Top with soda water, mix lightly, and garnish.
