Chase Orange Marmalade Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.7oz Chase Marmalade Vodka
• 1 Whole Egg Yolk 
• .5oz Vanilla Sugar Syrup
• .7oz Double Cream

Directions

• Add yolk and vanilla syrup to the bottom of a mixing glass and ‘whisk’ with a bar spoon.
• Add all other ingredients and shake with cubed iced.
• Double strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
