Background

Settesoli's family of winegrowers have been passionately caring for their vineyards in coastal Sicily for generations. Grapes are carefully harvested under the warm Siciian sun, ensuring their wine has the heart and soul of this unique territory.

TERROIR & VINTAGE NOTES

Sicily is a sun-kissed territory with microclimates comprised of different soils, a variety of exposures and elevations, and different sea breezes and sun exposures. Wide diurnal temprature variations result in guaranteed ripeness and freshness, and wines of impressive depth and concentration.

Winemaking & Aging

The grapes are manually harvested in early August, destemmed, and the resultant must is chilled to 46° F. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant yellow. Elderflowers and peach. Fresh and delicate.
