Delicate, silky tannins frame the long, delicate finish... Sella & Mosca is one of the oldest and best-known wineries in Sardinia. Curiously, many of the estate's wines rely on international grapes, something that sets Sella & Mosca apart from the vast majority of wineries on the island.

... We begin with a spectacular '04 version of Alghero Marchese di Villamarina. We feel it's one of the best ever made. Sella & Mosca's house Cabernet Sauvignon unveils an extremely complex nose before the elegant extract and taut acid backbone give the palate balance and harmony. Hearty congratulations.
