Winemaking & Aging

Moscato and Chardonnay bunches are picked slightly early to maintain a distinguished crispiness; they are then destemmed and softly pressed. A must is obtained which is filtered immediately and stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent any alcoholic fermentation.

Tasting Notes

A round velvety mouth feeling with an aromatic citrus and fruity finish, perfectly balanced by a contrast of crispiness and sweetness.
