BackgroundLaunched in 1997, the vision for Tempus Two remains: to create a unique and distinctive range of wines from Australia's premier wine growing regions.

An innovative wine making spirit and adherence to quality elevates the Copper Series to where modern style meets classic finesse. Traditional European varietals and blends pair with innovative vinification techniques championed in Australia, such as co-fermentation and use of wild yeasts. Grapes are sourced from exceptional vineyards with ideal terroirs for each specific varietal.
VinificationThe Shiraz for this wine was co-fermented with Viognier to ensure maximum extraction of floral notes from the grape skins. This process allows for a softer feel than traditional full-bodied Shiraz. Matured in French & American oak for 12 months.
NoseDark berry aromas of the Shiraz and a floral lift from the Viognier mingle with an underlying smoky oak character.
PalateA soft medium weight with a juicy berry flavor and a hint of vanilla. The Viognier adds a lively floral dimension followed by a silky soft finish.
