Locally-grown Barley & Pure Water
Our barley variety, "Laureate" is all locally-grown. Our Water is supplied from a local aquifer flowing through 300 million-year-old sandstone.
A small Family-Owned Distillery
Our connection to the industry dates back to the turn of the 19th century when John Haig (founder of Haig's) built his 1st distillery on Wemyss land.
Long Fermentation Slow Distillation
A long fermentation produces a characteristically fruity wash that carries through a slow distillation in copper pot stills into our final product.
