Darnley’s Gin is a modern, yet traditionally-styled London Dry gin produced in Scotland. This wheat based, small-batch, four-times distilled gin is made in the time honored tradition of redistilling the botanicals with the spirit in a pot still. The botanical mix includes juniper, elderflower, lemon peel, orris root, angleic root, and coriander, resulting in a flavorful gin with a delicate finish.
