BackgroundAlexander Grappas are triple-distilled according to the most exacting standards. The result is a line of elegant, soft, smooth grappas of utmost quality and purity.
VinificationGrappa Aldo Bottega is derived from a blend of the most known and widespread vines in Northeastern Italy, including Pinot, Cabernet and Merlot. The skins undergo three distillation phases with different temperatures. The process takes place in traditional copper alembic, which allow for vacuum distillation, with baine marie heating.
