Individual vineyards in northern Italy’s Trentino region, selected on account of their exceptional quality fruit and the singular character of the wines they produce, lie at the heart of the Cavit Crus – a limited collection of boutique wines grown and vinified under the guidance of Cavit’s lead winemaker, Anselmo Martini.

Production of each is extremely limited and in their native Italy, these are regarded as some of the very finest wines made in the Trentino region. The Altemasi Graal sparkling wine, for example, is a perennial winner of the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award presented exclusively to the country’s finest wines by Gambero Rosso magazine.
