DescriptionLocated near Verona in the province of Veneto, Italy, Vinicola Bertani is one of the regions most important and influential wine producers. Founded in 1857 by two brothers, Vinicola Bertani owns its vineyards and oversees the entire winemaking cycle.
VinificationGrapes are fermented separately at 68°F. The two wines are blended in January after harvest, transferred to stainless steel and remain on their lees until the summer. Pinot Grigio gives structure and elegance; Sauvignon Blanc aroma and freshness.
