DescriptionLocated near Verona in the province of Veneto, Italy, Vinicola Bertani is one of the regions most important and influential wine producers. Founded in 1857 by two brothers, Vinicola Bertani owns its vineyards and oversees the entire winemaking cycle.
VinificationHarvesting takes place at the end of September. The two grape varieties are vinified separately, using an innovative on-the-skins fermentation for the Molinara and off-the-skins fermentation for the Merlot.
