ingredients

1.5 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. Elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz. Simple syrup
Soda water
Garnish: Grapefruit & mint

directions

Add all ingredients except soda water into a shaker.
Shake well then strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water, gently stir, and garnish.
