1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with California Orange Citrus
2 oz sparkling wine
2 oz soda water
1 oz orange juice
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
Garnish: pineapple wedge & cherries

directions

Fill a tall glass with ice and add all ingredients.
Stir gently and garnish.
