Darnley's View Gin

Ingredients

• 1.25oz Darnley’s View Gin
• 1oz Monin® Watermelon Puree
• 2 Pumps Monin® Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Top with 2oz Soda Water

Directions

• Muddle strawberries and agave nectar in a shaker.
• Add ingredients and shake with ice.
• Strain over ice and top with diced cucumber.
• Garnish with mint sprig (optional).
