Ingredients

• 1.5oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• .5oz Liqueur 43
• .75oz lemon juice
• .5oz raspberry puree
• Top with Soda water or Valdo Numero Uno Sparkling Wine

Directions

• Combine all ingredients except bubbles in shaker with ice
• Shake to combine
• Double strain into martini or coupe glass
• Top with sparkling element
• Garnish with fresh raspberries
