Ingredients
- 1.5oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- .5oz Liqueur 43
- .75oz lemon juice
- .5oz raspberry puree
- Top with Soda water or Valdo Numero Uno Sparkling Wine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bubbles in shaker with ice
- Shake to combine
- Double strain into martini or coupe glass
- Top with sparkling element
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
