Ingredients

• 1oz Boissiere Extra Dry Vermouth
• 1oz Cocchi Americano
• 1oz Don Zoilo Pedro Ximenez Sherry
• 8 drops Grapefruit Bitters
• 2 Barspoons of Lemon Juice
• Garnish: orange peel, mint

Directions

• Build ingredients over crushed ice in a glass.
• Garnish with a swath of orange peel and a sprig of mint.
