Chase Elderflower Liqueur

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• .5oz Chase Elderflower Liqueur
• .5oz Lime Juice
• .5oz Strawberry Puree
• 4oz Ginger Beer

Directions

• In a mixing glass combine gin, elderflower, lime juice and strawberry puree.
• Top with ice and shake vigorously.
• Add ginger beer to mixing glass.
• Strain into iced mule mug.
• Garnish and serve.
