Ingredients

• 1.75oz Darnley’s View Gin
• 1.75oz Wemyss Peat Chimney Whisky
• Splash of Boissiere Extra Dry Vermouth

Directions

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir well till mixing glass is frosted.
• Double strain into glass.
• Garnish with lemon twist.
