• 2oz Coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
• 1oz Date Syrup
• 3 Chunks Pineapple
• .5oz Coconut Water

Directions

• Combine all ingredients with .5 cup ice in a blender.
• Blend until smooth.
