Oaxacan Hemmingway

Ingredients

  • 2oz Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadin Joven
  • 1oz grapefruit juice
  • .25oz maraschino liqueur
  • .25oz simple syrup
  • 2 slices fresh jalepeno

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
  • Shake to combine and chill
  • Double strain into highball glass over fresh ice
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice
