Wemyss Scotch Malts the Hive Whisky

Ingredients

• 1.7oz Wemyss Scotch Malts The Hive Whisky
• .7oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 12 – 16 Mint Leaves
• .4oz Orange Blossom Honey
• .4oz Orange Blossom Honey Ginger Ale
• Garnish with Fresh Mint and Sprinkle with Flamed Cinnamon

Directions

• Build first four ingredients into glass and muddle mint to extract aroma and flavor (essential oils).
• Make sure honey has combined and softened.
• Add crushed ice and mix gently careful not to over-dilute.
• Charge and top with ginger ale.
