- 2oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
- .5oz Thyme Syrup
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- 2.5oz Ginger Beer
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice except the ginger beer.
- Shake and use dirty ice in service.
- Add ice and ginger beer.
- 1 toss to combine all flavors.
- Garnish with lemon.
