Ingredients

• 1.7oz Darnley's View Spiced Gin
• Ginger Ale, to top up
• Stick of Lemongrass (bashed with a rolling pin to release the aromas)

Directions

• Fill a glass with ice.
• Pour in the gin and top up with ginger ale.
• Stir gently.
• Garnish with a long piece of lemongrass.
