Ingredients

• 1oz Bottega Limoncino
• 4oz Bottega Gold Prosecco OR Accademia
• 1oz soda water
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 1 T lemon sorbet

Directions

• In a balloon or wide flute glass introduce the sorbet
• Top with Prosecco, Limoncino, mint syrup and soda water
• Garnish with mint spring and lemon
