Ingredients

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas 5+3
• .5oz Demerara Syrup
• .5oz Williams and Humbert's Dos Cortados 20 Year Old Palo Cortado Sherry
• .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Orange Wedge
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions

• Muddle orange wedge with bitters in a shanking tin.
• Add all ingredients, shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
• Top with soda water.
• Garnish with orange wedge.
