Chase Orange Marmalade Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.7oz Chase Marmalade Vodka
• 1 tsp Winter Spiced Butter (See below)
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• .5oz Sugar Syrup
• 5.1oz Hot Water

Directions

For the Winter Spiced Butter:

• Toast cloves, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and star anise in a pan.
• Add butter along with grated orange zest and melt to ‘beurre noisette’ stage (do not burn).
• Strain butter through a muslin cloth to catch any bits, pour into ramekins and leave at room temperature to set.

For the Cocktail:

• Build all ingredients (except butter) into a tempered latter glass and briefly stir.
• Add spiced butter to the top of hot liquid and stir.
• Garnish with a fresh cinnamon stick.
