Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• ½ oz. Dissarono
• ¾ oz. Fig, Cherry and Orange Cordial
• Orange Flower and Cinnamon Tincture
• 1 Bar Spoon Brown Sugar

Directions

• Smoke the glass with a cinnamon stick.
• Combine all the ingredients except the Tincture together in a mixing glass.
• Stir well until diluted.
• Serve in a Moroccan Tea cup with a large block of ice, a whole cherry and the still smoking Cinnamon.
