Chase Potato Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.7oz Chase Vodka
• 1.3oz Cloudy Apple Juice
• .4oz Rosemary Sugar Syrup (see below)
• .4oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Willy's Cider Top

Directions

For the Rosemary Sugar Syrup:

• Mix sugar and water on a gentle heat in a 1.5:1 ratio
• Add fresh rosemary sprigs and simmer gently over a low heat for 10 minutes
• Reduce syrup and leave to cool.

For the Cocktail:

• Build all ingredients to a tall glass over cubed/crushed ice.
• Briefly stir.
• Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and lime wheel.
• Serve with straws.
