Frank Phelan is the second label from Ch. Phélan-Segur. Once the prized estate of the Count of Ségur, who also owned Châteaux Lafite and Latour, this splendid early 10th century château was acquired in the first half of the 19th century by Frank Phélan, an Irish businessman and mayor of Saint-Estèphe. The estate is now owned by the dynamic Gardinier family.
