The Prüm family has roots in Mosel region of Germany that date back as far as 1156, making it one the country’s preeminent winemaking dynasties. The current estate, now a century old and located in Wehlen in the heart of the Mosel, has been under the direction of Raimund Prum since 1971. Under his leadership and the involvement of his daughter Saskia, the property has become one of the region’s most successful wineries, boasting an international reputation for the production of exquisite Rieslings in a range of styles that satisfy and please every palate.

Vinification
Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice is fermented for four weeks in stainless steel tanks then bottled under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh, youthful character.
