Vinification20% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
PalateThis Carménère is scandalous and scandalously delicious. Once confused for another variety, this “lost grape of Bordeaux” has been rediscovered and adapted as Chile’s signature grape. Has notes of plums, berries, and cedar & spice.
