The current estate, now a century old and located in Wehlen in the heart of the Mosel, has been under the direction of Raimund Prum since 1971. Under his leadership, the property has become one of the regions most successful wineries, boasting an international reputation for the production of exquisite Rieslings in a range of styles that satisfy and please every palate.
VinificationSelect grapes are hand-harvested in mid October and, following de-stemming and six hours of skin contact, fermented with native yeasts for 4-5 weeks in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is bottled under Stelvin closure.
