DescriptionLocated near Verona in the province of Veneto, Italy, Vinicola Bertani is one of the regions most important and influential wine producers. Founded in 1857 by two brothers, Vinicola Bertani owns its vineyards and oversees the entire winemaking cycle.
VinificationA very long cold maceration on the skins before the original natural Bertani yeasts begin to ferment the wine. The wine is then drained off while still a little sweet.
